was beef. Chicago was wanting to know
who gave him (Rick Ross) the go-ahead,
because he (Rick Ross) isn't even from
here and doesn't know Larry Hoover. A lot
of people in Chicago and elsewhere, have
love for Larry Hoover and by right, they

cleared this with somebody. He also used

contact with Rick Ross while he was in
town and I let him know that I didn't like
how he used the name, and that Larry
Hoover is a political prisoner and should

continuously denied transfer without sound or penologically sufficient reason, in
accordance with the rules for the step down program. It is important for you to join
this campaign seeking transfer for Larry Hoover to a less secure facility because
to do otherwise would be to continuously violate the policy of the program and
undermine the fairness upon which the program was premised.
